A wood-fired barrel sauna on the edge of the Lake of Menteith — Scotland's only natural lake (technically a lake, not a loch) in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. The sauna is set behind the Karma Hotel right on the water with open loch views. Sessions include a guided introduction to wild swimming in the peaceful, calm lake waters led by Jenny, a STA Level 2 Open Water Swimming Coach. Monthly membership available (£48 for 4 sessions). One of two Wild Sauna Company locations — the other is at Dalgety Bay in Fife.
