The Fife outpost of The Wild Sauna Company — a wood-fired barrel sauna at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club on the north shore of the Firth of Forth, with coastal views across to Edinburgh's skyline and the Pentland Hills. Sessions combine the restorative heat of the sauna with wild swimming guided by Jenny, a STA Level 2 Open Water Swimming Coach. Monthly membership available (£48 for 4 sessions). One of two Wild Sauna Company locations — the other is at Lake of Menteith in the Trossachs. A welcome arrival for Fife and West Lothian wellness seekers.
