Wild Forest Sauna at Whinlatter Forest — a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge deep in England's only true mountain forest, high in the fells above Keswick with sweeping views across the Lake District. Organised by The Conscious Self, public sessions run on Saturdays and Sundays. Sauna heat followed by a cold forest plunge among ancient larch and spruce, with the sounds of the forest all around. One of the most dramatically sited wild saunas in England.
