The Well contains 16 different pools, 12 saunas, 6 steam rooms and 5 cold plunges across multiple zones themed around different sauna traditions — Finnish, Russian, Turkish, Japanese. The sheer scale and quality makes it worth the 20-minute journey south of Oslo. A full day is barely enough.
