A completely off-grid wood-fired sauna deep in the beech forest of the Sperrin Mountains, between Gortin and Omagh in Co. Tyrone. Heat from the wood stove, power from solar panels, cold plunge in a stream-fed pool or cold bucket shower in the forest.
