The wellness centre within Spire Cardiff Hospital complex offers a full contrast therapy suite open to non-patients: Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, cold plunge pool and ice bath. A serious recovery facility used by Cardiff Blues rugby players and athletes alongside the general public. One of the best-equipped sauna facilities in Wales.
