Drogheda's first dedicated sauna and ice bath recovery centre, set in a garden behind the Black Bull Inn. Features a 12-person sauna, three ice baths, and two cold plunge pools. Despite appearing in Dublin sauna directories, it's a 40-minute drive north on the M1 — and worth every minute of the journey.
