Sabhna Saunas' newest location, nestled deep in the ancient woodland of the historic 400-acre Westport Estate. The Woodland Wellness Park features wood-fired saunas, invigorating ice baths, bucket showers and a soothing hot tub surrounded by forest calm. Open Thursday–Sunday with hot showers and changing facilities. A completely different atmosphere from Sabhna's original Achill Island beach saunas — this is an immersive forest bathing and heat therapy experience in one of the West's grandest demesnes.
