Opened January 2026 at 240 Upper Street, Reset is one of London's newest and most ambitious contrast therapy venues. A 25-person charred oak Finnish sauna runs at up to 105°C — one of the hottest in London — with eight stainless steel ice baths from 1–9°C. All sessions are guided (not self-service): contrast therapy classes, expert breathwork, and alcohol-free social evenings with DJs and guest speakers. A serious wellness venue with a genuine programme.
